ACCEPTANCE AND ELIGIBILITY
By creating an account or using GetLoganized, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate account information and be legally able to enter this agreement. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
FITNESS CONTENT
GetLoganized provides general fitness education and guided exercise content, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning when appropriate. Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, or another concerning symptom.
MEMBERSHIP AND BILLING
Prices, renewal frequency, and cancellation timing are shown before purchase. The first three Lessons remain available through a free account. Paid memberships renew automatically until canceled, and full access may be restricted after payment fails or membership ends.
CONTENT OWNERSHIP
Training videos, Lessons, terminology, branding, text, and graphics are owned by or licensed to GetLoganized. Membership grants a limited personal right to view content. Recording, redistributing, reselling, scraping, or publicly displaying protected content is prohibited.
RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK
Exercise involves inherent risk. Use appropriate surroundings, equipment, and judgment. To the extent permitted by law, you accept responsibility for selecting activity appropriate to your condition. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
