MEMBERSHIP & TRAINING POLICY
Membership, cancellation, safety, and acceptable-use expectations.
FREE ACCESS AND RENEWAL
The first three Lessons are available with a free account and no payment method. Full training access begins only after the member chooses the recurring membership shown at checkout.
CANCELLATION
Members may cancel through the billing portal when enabled. Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law or checkout terms require otherwise. Completed training history may remain associated with a retained account.
REFUNDS
Except where required by law or stated at purchase, charges for an active billing period are not automatically refundable. Duplicate or erroneous charges should be reported promptly for review.
SAFE PARTICIPATION
Use adequate space, suitable footwear and equipment, and an appropriate pace. Never perform an exercise that feels unsafe. Minors should participate only with permission and suitable supervision.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not share accounts, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected training content, harass others, or use GetLoganized unlawfully. Access may be suspended to protect users, content, and platform security.
